Dehydrated Kitten with Eyes & Respiratory Infection Rescued by a Good Samaritan.

With no food and weak body, It is impossible for this poor kitten to survive without the help of its mother. Fortunately, A good Samaritan named Sean Caroll found the ginger kitten and gave him a second chance at life.

“Found him crying on my doorstep last week. Took him to the vet and he had some pretty bad infections in his eyes and respiratory as well. He weighed 8 ounces last week, now he’s a healthy 1 pound. Doc says he’s around 4-5 weeks old.” CarrollFilms Shared on reddit.

“The poor guy was so dehydrated that when I dropped him off they said he didn’t go pee for nearly two days he had so few fluids in his system.”

Sean named his new kitten Sunny.

Sunny’s first day with his new human daddy.

Even though Sunny doesn’t like taking his meds, Sean is still doing his best to help Sunny recover faster.

“I’m giving him ointment for his eyes 3 times a day, mixing vitamins in his food twice a day, and 3 different types of oral liquid medications every 24 hours. He doesn’t like it one bit, but he gets over it pretty quick by taking a nap on my chest.”

“He falls asleep on my chest at least three times a day”

“He’s doing just fine. It seems like each day that passes his eyes look better and better.”

“He’s latching on harder everyday. He follows me around, he enjoys riding on my shoulder. He’s a great companion already”

Thanks to Sean’s dedication and unconditional love, Sunny is on his way to recovery.
